Invoke the `execute-plan` skill to turn `docs/plans/<FR-N>.md` into a PR.

3-phase pipeline:

1. **Load context**: plan + PRD + designs + CLAUDE.md.
2. **Task loop**: one task per commit (red -> green -> typecheck -> conventional commit + flip `[ ]` to `[x]` in the same diff).
3. **Finalize**: score the 8-point checklist, draft the PR body, and surface feedback for CLAUDE.md.

Hard rules: three-strike rule, scope-contained, no auto-chaining between tasks.
